推背图是一种民间预言后代兴亡变乱的图书。全书共有六十幅图像，每幅图像之下有谶语，并附诗四句。其诗多模棱两可，便於附会。因最後一图为二人前後推背而行，并有诗曰『万万千千说不尽，不如推背去归休』而得名。这是明代绘制的推背图。
